Chuck didn’t know what to say to her. He wished all those things to. But he was scared, how was he supposed to tell her that. The bell rang, signalling the end of school. Blair left the room in a blink of an eye. Chuck gathered his things and went after her. “Would you like to accompany me?” he asked her.
“Where to?” she asked, confused and caught off guard. She had meant to just avoid him after what she had just told him, not wanting to look like some desperate girl like she always did whenever she was around him but she found herself curious as to where and more importantly, why he was asking her to go somewhere with him.

Chuck sighed to himself. There really was no use for him to tell Blair how he felt. He’d hurt her and she wouldn’t forget that. Chuck didn’t know what to say. And that was very new to him. So he said what he thought Blair wanted to hear most. “I’m sorry” he said looking at her so she could see he truly meant it.
Blair lifted her gaze so that she was looking at him directly in the eye. She could tell that he was being sincere and she couldn’t help but soften her expression. “I wish…” she began, her voice only loud enough for him to hear, “I wish I could have been the one for you. The one who was different. The one who wasn’t a game.” She gave him a small smile. “I’m sorry too, Chuck.” she said quietly. If she and Chuck had worked out, none of this drama with Dan would have happened in the first place. She always tried so hard to make things work, only to have them fall apart right in front of her eyes and she couldn’t figure out what she was doing wrong.

Blair: Well. You do often seem cursed.

Elijah smiled at the young girl, as she took her wallet back from him. “You really should be careful” he said giving her a kind look, the young lady looked rather out of it and he wasn’t about to be rude after all she was a woman, a young one but a woman none the less. “Elijah Smith” he replied after she gave him her name. “Now what would such a young girl, be doing out in this weather?” He replied as he watched her she didn’t have anything that seemed to protect her from the rain, neither did he aside from his coat, but the rain wasn’t a bother. “May I?” he said as he began to take his coat and offering it to her. “Wouldn’t want you to catch a cold?” he said sounding incredibly polite, he was a gentleman that much hadn’t changed over the many centuries he had been alive.
Blair’s eyes widened as he spoke to her. He almost sounded like on of the leading men in all her favorite films and she couldn’t help but smile. “Are you sure?” she asked, nodding as she allowed him to place his coat around her only because he looks at her and offers in a manner that she doesn’t feel like he has some ulterior motive. A gentleman. She didn’t think there were still guys like him who existed anymore in this day and age, and yet there he was, standing right in front of him. “My name is Blair, by the way. Blair Waldorf.”
Monday Sep 9 @ 06:19amNew York had proven to be incredibly tedious for his liking werewolves, and having to deal with the fact that his doppelganger seemed to be extremely well protected he had to figure out a plan on how to get her. He was walking across Manhattan simply watching the people around him or at least pretending to do so, his thoughts were somewhere else that was until he noticed someone walk past a young woman and reach into her purse taking out a wallet, he picked up his pace so he could stop them. “I believe that isn’t yours” he said holding on to the man’s wrist as he looked over to find a small brunette completely unaware of what had just happened. “Excuse me miss?” he said softly and being as polite as he could while yanking the walled from the guys hand, not bothering to be subtle about his strength. “I believe this is yours?” he said handing her the wallet back.
“Huh?” Blair looked over at the man standing in front of her, confused. A look of realization went across her face as soon as she saw her wallet on his hand. “Oh, oh, thank you so much…” she trailed off, looking at him to give her his name. She took her wallet and placed it back on her purse before giving him a sincere smile. She honestly didn’t know what she would have done if he hadn’t come by. There was absolutely no way she was going to go home walking with the rain pouring down like that.

Her cellphone’s battery was dead and she had particularly instructed the car service not to pick her up because she wanted to walk — wanted some time alone to herself. Her break up with Dan, fallout with Serena and everything else in between was getting to her, no matter how hard she tried not to let it.
